Refund application process
Contact customer service: Please email pulse@urbanpicksshop.com and provide the order number, product name and refund reason.
Return requirements: The customer service team will guide you on how to return the product, usually requiring the product to be unused and in the original packaging, and attached with proof of purchase.
Refund processing time: Once the returned product is received and confirmed to be eligible for a refund, we will process your refund request within 5 working days.
Refund method
The refund will be refunded to the original payment method, or a store gift card will be provided at your choice.
